We're a congregationally ruled, elder-led church. We believe Scripture entrusts the church with final earthly authority on doctrine, leadership, and membership, while calling a plurality of elders to teach, shepherd, lead, and protect the church.

ELDERS
Asher has been serving as an Elder since August of 2019. He and his wife, Brooke, are both from Edmond, OK, and both graduated from Oklahoma State University. Asher received his M.Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, and has served in churches in Virginia, Kentucky, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Asher teaches a Biblical Theology class on Sunday mornings, teaches a preaching class, and leads a Pilot/Pastor Potluck, alongside serving as an Elder and preaching.
BLAIR HOLLAND
Staff Elder & Pastor of Youth and Membership
Blair has been serving as an Elder since January of 2025, and has been on staff since 2022. He (originally from Henderson, TX) and his wife (originally from Edmond, OK) have been married since 2019. Blair is a graduate with a B.S. from University of Texas-Tyler and received a M.Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He's served in various staff capacities in churches in Texas, Kentucky, and Oklahoma. Blair preaches to the youth group on Wednesday nights, teaches the Middle/High School boys Sunday School class on Sunday mornings, leads the church's Discipleship Team, and the church membership ministry.
Jeremy Manns
Staff Elder & Pastor of Music and Life Groups
Jeremy has been serving as an Elder since January of 2025, and has been on staff since 2020. He (originally from Arlington, TX) and his wife (originally from Sutherland Springs, TX) have been married since 2017. Jeremy is a graduate with a B.A. from University of Texas-Arlington and received a M.TS. from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO. He's served in various staff capacities in churches in Texas and Oklahoma. Jeremy leads the music ministry, life groups ministry, and teaches a Sunday School class on Systematic Theology on Sunday mornings.
Adam Sandwick
Adam has been serving a third term as an Elder since January 2025. He grew up in Enid and has been married to Leigh for about 15 years. They have five daughters. Adams works locally in accounting for a multi-state department store. Alongside serving as an Elder, Adam teaches a Biblical Theology class on Sunday mornings and co-leads a men's Bible study on Friday mornings.
Aaron has been serving a second term as an Elder since January of 2024. He was born and raised in Colorado and has been married to Hayley for nearly 20 years after they met at college in Kansas. They have three young daughters, Molly, Halston, and Story. Alongside serving as an Elder, Aaron helps Hayley teach and lead in the children's ministry, and he works locally in the banking industry.
Terrill Unruh
Non-Staff Elder
Terrill has been serving as a third term as an Elder since January of 2024. He grew up at Crosspoint and has been married to Rebecca for nearly eight years. They have two children, Ethan and Matrissa. He works locally in carpentry and home remodeling. Alongside serving as an Elder, Terrill teaches an Old Testament class on Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and leads the Prayer Meeting on Sunday nights.
